Service Tracker

The Service Tracker application is used for making and archiving all types of Service Requests, such as Adds, Moves, Changes, Disconnects as well as Billing Inquiries and Trouble Tickets. The Service Tracker database catalogues all service requests that are initiated through the web or placed through Vision's Help Desk. The Service Tracker is a "ticketing" system that shows all open and closed issues, time frames, status and a detailed description of each request.

Service Tracker Report

You can generate a Service Tracker report which includes:

  • Service ticket number and ticket entry date
  • Requestor
  • Request type (e.g. Service Plan Change, Handset Swap, MIN Change, etc)
  • Mobile number and user name
  • Current status
  • Service request details
